The club has been developing a volunteer range safety officer program for several years. This program was started by Walt Haley, CRSO while he was President of the club. He conducted a number of 9 hour classes free of charge to club members who were willing to volunteer their time to participate in ensuring the safety of club members and their guests.
The club will once again offer these RSO classes to members who will volunteer a few hours of your time a month to oversee range safety. Details of the program will be forthcoming soon. If you are interested in participating, drop me an email and let me know so that I can add you to the list.
